How does Semi-Custom work?
Once you’ve ordered your semi-custom invitations, you’ll receive confirmation from us along with a details form to complete. This needs to be completed and returned to us via email within 5 working days of receipt.
If you’ve upgraded to a ‘custom colour palette’ in your order, you’ll be able to tell us which colours you’d like put together in this form.
One round of revisions is included in your purchase, so all your information must be accurate at this stage.

Once you’ve returned our details form, we start designing your stationery.
Next, we’ll send you a mock-up of each item ordered. If you’ve added ‘custom colour palette’ to your order, this is when you’ll see them put together.
Now it’s time to double check all you items (aka proof like your life depends on it). We’ll then ask you for a signature to confirm you’re happy with all the items in your suite. Once received, your suite will go to print.

Now your stationery has arrived at headquarters (okay, my second bedroom) we’ll confirm your posting date.
Your invites will be sent recorded and will require a signature upon delivery. You’ll also receive a ‘how to’ guide in your inbox with instructions for assembling your invitation suites. If you’ve upgraded to ‘suite assembly’ in your order, your wedding invitations will arrive ready to go (with envelopes unstuck).

You’ve received your wedding stationery, and it’s time to send to your guests (exciting! Things just got very real).
And that’s our journey complete (unless you’re looking for any other stationery of course!)
