My name’s Ellen and I'm so thrilled you've stopped by. I’m the designer behind Florence Paperie, a luxury wedding stationery brand based in Kent.
When I embarked on my journey as a Graphic Designer seven years ago, I thought I'd be diving headfirst into web design and creating cutting-edge apps in no time (maybe I was slightly naive…) But it just so happened there was a different plan for me.
I discovered my passion for paper, colour, printing techniques, and all things tactile. Think satin ribbons, elegant wax seals, and shimmering foil - I am captivated by them all! So i took the plunge in 2023, and now I get to create beautiful wedding stationery and signage from my own studio (okay, my second bedroom) with my fluffy potato, Nova.

I think there's something really special about the anticipation of opening a beautiful invitation. It's the first glimpse your guests have into your big day, setting the tone for what's to follow. After creating bespoke suites for friends and family, I decided to take the leap and Florence Paperie was born in 2023.
My design style is all about simplicity, colour and elegance, ensuring that your invitations and on-the-day stationery are both stunning and memorable. I have a keen eye for pairing beautiful paper that complement each other flawlessly and integrates with your wedding style.

Why Florence, you wonder? It's a nod to the important women in my life. Florence was my Nan, the mother of my biggest supporter - my beautiful Mum, Annette.
Each of my semi-custom collections are named after influential women in my life, reflecting their qualities and beautiful personalities (and a few of their quirks!).
