FAQs

  • A semi-custom suite is an invitation set that has been pre-designed. These include everything from Save the Dates to One-the-Day stationery.

When you purchase a semi-custom suite, it means everything stays the same as the original design, the only customisation is the copy (names, wedding details etc). This is a cost effective alternative to bespoke design, but you’re still able to purchase a beautiful suite that will set the tone for your big day.

You can also upgrade to a custom colour palette with all of our semi-custom collections, to compliment your wedding colours.

  • Bespoke design is a way for you to collaborate with us and create a one-of-a-kind wedding stationery suite and on-the-day stationery.

Our process goes a little something like this; We set up a call to chat through your wedding plans, stationery inspiration and any details you’d like to incorporate.

Once we have a direction, designing can start. We’ll provide you with 2 concepts for your stationery and we’ll review them together over another call. We’ll finish this call with one direction to refine.

Next we’ll start adding finishing touches (embossed foil, ribbons etc). We’ll catch up once more with your final design for approval and an opportunity to proof the artwork.

Finally we send your suite to print and ship them directly to you (assembled or unassembled) ready for you to send to your guests.

If you’re interested in bespoke design, then let’s chat!

  • Usually Save the Dates are sent to your guests 12-15 months before the big day, while official invites tend to be sent 6-9 months beforehand.

For bespoke invitation suites, I’d recommend starting the process 18-12 months prior to your wedding date, this will allow enough time for design, production and delivery for both, Save the Dates and Wedding Invitations.

Our schedule is booked on a first come first served basis, so booking early will guarantee your allotted project time.

  • Bespoke Stationery lead times are anywhere from 6-10 weeks from your project start date, this all depends on complexity of the suite, printing and production.

Semi-custom suite lead times are anywhere from 4-10 weeks.

Each month we have a limited amount of clients we work with, so get in touch as soon as possible if you’d like to work together.

  • For our semi custom suites, there is a minimum order of 30 units per item, with the exception of Table Numbers.

To work out how many invitations and Save the Dates you need, I recommend one invitation per household, couple or individual, plus an extra 20%. This will allow for any keepsakes, last minute invites, damages (reprints can be very costly) and a set or two for your wedding photographer to capture on the day.

  • Every wedding is different, which is why we offer tailored quotes for our bespoke design service rather than a standard price.

For a fully bespoke stationery package, my clients will spend anything from £600+. This price will depend on many factors, including quantity, number of inserts, size, print methods, embellishments (foiling, embossing etc) and turnaround. It’s really important to be transparent with your budget at the beginning, so I can make realistic recommendations that are suited to you.

A bespoke package commissions us to use our design and print expertise to create your stationery, supplied by carefully selected print and paper partners, who work with the finest quality paper, techniques and finishes. We work with you throughout the entire process to create stationery that compliments your wedding style perfectly.

Alternatively, you can choose from our semi-custom suites. Each of these suites have been designed with beautiful paper and print finishes in mind, but can be tailored to your requirements and personalised to fit your wedding aesthetic.

  • You can indeed! Samples of our semi-custom suites are available for purchase here. If you’re considering a bespoke suite, I’d also recommend ordering a sample pack, this way you can see and feel the quality of paper and printing techniques.

  • I offer a free initial consultation for all couples interested in ordering a bespoke package. I usually do these via a video call, but it can also be done over a phone call if preferred.

  • For semi-custom suites, right here.

For bespoke design, we’ll need to arrange a chat. But first, please fill out this form.

  • Absolutely! We’ll provide an initial proof and one round of revisions for you to check over.

We only provide a digital proof at this time. Hard copies are not available.

However, we do have sample packs of our semi-custom collections that you can purchase, to see different paper types, printing and envelopes.

  • We can’t recreate another designer’s work unfortunately, design etiquette and don’t forget copyright! I’d suggest getting in touch with the original designer if you’d like an exact match.

However, we can take inspiration from other stationery you’ve seen, for example the colour palette, typography, shapes and print techniques.

Creating an identical version is a big no, but we don’t want to be the same anyway! Put your own stamp on your wedding stationery, it’s your love story after all!
