• Florence Paperie does not sell, trade, rent or pass on your details to third parties. We are committed to protecting your privacy and only use the information provided to process your orders and provide the best service we can.

  • All of our orders are shipped via Royal Mail UK. All orders are sent with recorded delivery and will require a signature, with the exception of sample orders.

  • Due to the nature of our products being personalised and handmade to order, we do not offer or accept returns or refunds.

    However, should you find yourself unhappy with your order, we are more than happy to discuss further and will do our best to offer a solution.

    Any orders which are cancelled after 24 hours from being placed, there will be a £45 administration fee charged. Your refund will be equal to your order total less the administration fee.

    For any orders cancelled once artwork has been created, a charge of of 50% of your order total will be charged.

    Cancellations after artwork approval are not accepted.
